The Oasis of Care Foundation is seeking three dynamic and motivated Fundraisers to join our team. The selected candidates will be instrumental in driving our fundraising initiatives and helping us fulfill our mission to provide essential care and resources to those in need.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute comprehensive fundraising plans and campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and community partners.
- Organize and manage fundraising events, both in-person and virtual.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote fundraising initiatives through various channels.
- Track and analyze fundraising performance metrics to inform future strategies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fundraising, development, or sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire potential donors..
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in fundraising software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A genuine passion for the mission of the Oasis of Care Foundation and a commitment to community service
- Experience in the nonprofit sector, especially in healthcare or social services.
- Familiarity with digital fundraising platforms and social media marketing.
